Complete adze. Stone. Light grey, mid grey. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground. Major differentiation between butt and blade, proper left of butt reduced obliquely towards poll, proper right side taper slightly towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved. "Purakanui" written on bevel and front.
