The Otago Museum Trust Board is Registered Charity CC38158. You are entitled to a tax rebate if your donation is $5 or over, and you will receive a tax receipt for your records. Generally, 33.33% of your gift to a registered charity in New Zealand can be claimed back, but some conditions apply to donations from companies—please check with www.ird.govt.nz regarding tax credits for donations.
