Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey, light brown. Cross-section is asymmetrical. Surfaces of bevel and lower blade are ground, becoming bruised on front and back of upper blade and butt with flaking on proper right side of back. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. Bevel is demarcated by a change in surface type from ground to bruised. Cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. "Moeraki?" written on back.
