Adze, Toki
Broken adze (all but cutting edge present). Basalt. Black, light brown. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with front narrower than back. Surface is partially ground on front and back, but mostly bruised and flaked. Major differentiation between butt and blade, front reduced and sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge not present. "Shag R." written on front.
