Chisel, Whao

Broken chisel (blade and proper right of butt remaining). Pounamu. Dark green. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground, with areas of natural roughness. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, proper right side tapers towards butt. Proper left side of butt broken off. Bevel is demarcated by a line. Cutting edge is sharp and straight.
