Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Brown and dark grey. Cross-section is rectangular, with front and back slightly rounded. Surface is lightly bruised, sides ground. Major differentiation between butt and blade, small ridge demarcates butt from blade. Front and sides reduced after ridge. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chip on proper left and 2 small chips on proper right side. Waitane Southland written on front, sticker on back.
