Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Green stone. Surface is ground and bruised. Cross-section is triangular on butt and mid-blade and trapezoidal, with front narrower than back on lower blade. Major differentiation between butt and blade; front reduced to form a ridge and sides tapered toward poll. Bevel is continuous with the blade. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. Blade is tapered toward the cutting edge.
