Broken adze, blade and bevel only Asymmetrical rounded rectangular cross-section The adze has a bruised surface on each side. There is a large deep flake scar on the back that continues into the broken edge The piece of adze is the blade and bevel only, there is no butt The cutting edge is sharp and rounded but asymmetrical. The bevel is slightly rounded and continuous with the blade.
