Complete adze. Argillite. Black. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground, sawing marks on front and back running the length of the adze. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll, back slightly reduced, possibly natural. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved. Waipapa Pt. written on front.
