Complete adze. Light green pounamu. Surface is ground with flaking on the back side. Cross-section is rectangular. No differentiation between butt and blade. Bevel is demarcated by a straight line. Cutting edge is straight and sharp; flaked on proper left side. "Kaikoura." and old number "A32.29" inscribed on front.
