Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Oval at poll, lenticular at blade. The surface is ground with bruising and flaking on the poll, the front and the sides. Butt has minor differentiation - the right side proper shoulder is slightly tapered The bevel is demarcated by a ridge and is straight down to the cutting edge, which is smooth, sharp and slightly curved.
