Complete adze. Light grey stone. Surface is flaked and ground. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. No differentiation between butt and blade. Poll is not present. Bevel is demarcated by a straight line. Cutting edge is not present due to flaking. "Kaikoura" inscription on front.
