Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Dark grey stone. Surface is flaked with some grounding on front of blade and bevel. Cross-section is rectangular. Front of the butt is reduced to form a ridge. Bevel is demarcated by a line. Cutting edge is straight and sharp but flaked. "Kaikoura" inscription on front.
