Adze, Toki
Incomplete unfinished adze, blade and bevel end only. Dark brown stone. Asymmetrical quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly flaked with a ground front and bevel. There is no butt. The bevel is demarcated by an irregular curved line on the proper right and by flake scars on the left. The cutting edge is straight and blunt.
