Complete adze. Pounamu. Green, light green. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground, with areas of flaking on sides, back and poll. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Poll angles down from proper right to proper left. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved. ?Southland written on front.
