Adze, Toki

Complete adze. Pounamu. Mid green, light green, light grey. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is mostly ground, with bruising on the sides of the butt. Major differentiation between butt and blade, sides heavily reduced, which then continue to taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is sharp and curved. Chipped on proper left corner and mid-cutting edge. "Moeraki" written on back.
