Spear Head
Wooden spear. Oval in cross-section. Tapered to a point at distal end, the tip of which is broken. The spear head has been broken off and repaired with an adhesive. Three sets of two barbs on the top surface. The edges of the barbs and the longitudinal ridge on the top surface are notched. The proximal end, numbered separately as D48.294, has broken off in two places and been reattached with adhesive. Surface of the proximal end has geometric carvings and is charred where it has been repaired.
