Adze, Toki

Complete adze. Dark brown. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with some flake scars and bruising on the front of the butt. There is clear distinction between the butt and the blade, with the bruised surface of the front of the butt and a curved line at the top of the blade. The sides of the front of the butt are reduced slightly. The bevel is large and demarcated by a curved ridge. The cutting edge is straight and sharp.
