Broken adze (lower butt and upper blade remaining). Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section of blade is rectangular, cross-section of butt is semi-circular, back flattened. Surface is bruised. Major differentiation between butt and blade, front reduced, forming shoulder. Bevel and cutting edge not present. Otago Central written on back.
