Complete adze. Stone. Mid grey, dark grey, black. Cross-section is oval. Surface is bruised, except on bevel which is ground. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, front reduced forming shoulder, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a small ridge at chin. Cutting edge is sharp and curved. Otago Central written on back.
