Adze, Toki
Incomplete unfinished adze, poll missing. Grey stone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is bruised on the sides and the back of the blade, flaked on the butt and ground on the front of the blade and the bevel. There is a reduction in the stone on the sides of the butt. The bevel is demarcated by an irregular line of bruising. The cutting edge is straight. sharp and oblique.
