Patu onewa

Butt only. Projections at either side perforation - asymmetric and distal end serrated around outside. Skinner comments that shape of butt protuberances suggest animal form. Handle - oval in cross section with perforate form both front and back. Scratched Patu onewa fragment, butt and part of handle present. Drill perforation, no tau. Butt triangular with serrated edges. Handle split lengthwise.
