Complete adze. Stone. Grey. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground, some light bruising. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Back of butt slopes up to meet poll. Two large indentations on front of butt. Bevel is demarcated by a slight ridge at chin. Cutting edge is sharp and straight. Hedgehope Southland written on front.
