Adze, Toki
Complete adze, light cloudy greenstone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is flaked and bruised with ground areas on the blade. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in from the cutting edge towards the poll. The poll is flaked. The bevel is demarcated by a curved line. The bevel end of the blade is slightly curved back. The cutting edge is sharp and straight.
