Pendant, He Kura
Pounamu/nephrite pendant, broken and partially glued back together at the distal end. Mid-green, kawakawa variety. Side edges are rounded, tapering to each end. Proximal end resembles a fish head, with an off-centre suspension hole (drilled from each side) for the eye and a notch at the edge for the mouth. Distal end is oblique. Ref Comp Spkg p 72 (4.1-4)
