Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Greenstone with black strip on poll and proper left. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with a flaked poll. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in towards the poll from the cutting edge. The bevel is demarcated by a light curved line. The cutting edge is sharp with flake scars on the proper left.
