Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Pounamu. Mid green, cream, and light brown. Cross-section is roughly rectangular. Surface of lower blade is ground, flaked and bruised on upper blade and butt. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. About halfway on proper left side, there is a reduction in the stone. Bevel is continuous with blade, demarcated where surface changes from ground to bruised. Catlins? written on front.
