Adze, Toki
Broken adze with part of the butt missing. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is ground with some flaking and two saw marks on the back. There is no differentiation between the blade and the part of the butt that is there, but the rest is missing. The blade is demarcated by a line at the chin. The cutting edge is sharp and straight but oblique.
