Broken adze (poll end remaining). Cross-section is oval. Surface is partially ground on front and back, with heavy flaking on proper right front and proper left back, minor flaking and bruising on sides. Sides of remaining fragment taper towards poll. Bevel and cutting edge not present. "Pareora" written on front.
