Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Dark green pounamu. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on the front and bruised on the back, with sawing marks on proper right side of butt. No differentiation between butt and blade; sides are tapered toward the poll and large flake missing from proper left side of the poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line. Cutting edge is straight and sharp but flaked. "K" written three times on front.
