Broken adze (cutting edge missing). Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surface is partially ground, with flaking on front poll, and light bruising across back, sides and front butt. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel and cutting edge not present. "Sumner." written on front.
