Complete adze. Grey stone. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground with flaking and bruising on the sides. Differentiation between the butt and blade; sides tapered toward the poll. Bevel is demarcated by a curved line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp with flaking, especially on proper left side. "Papanui" inscription
