Adze, Toki
Broken adze (blade remaining). Cross-section is rectangular. Back is flaked except for the cutting edge, which is ground. Front is also mostly flaked except for a small ground patch on the proper right side. Both sides of the blade are ground. Butt not present. Bevel is continuous with blade, blade is sharp and curved, chipped. broken (bevel and small section of blade are present) rectangular, appears to thicken front to back from cutting edge towards the poll The surface is ground, with some bruising. Butt is not present. The bevel is flat, and distinguishable from the blade by a clear ridge. The cutting edge is oblique and sharp.
