Complete adze The cross-section is trapezoidal with the back narrower than the front at the top of the adze and rectangular at the bottom of the adze. The surface is mostly ground with some bruising on the sides. The front is reduced. Sides taper towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a line. The cutting edge is chipped. There is a piece taken out of the back of the blade. The surface has a marble effect. There is a worn down line running down the bottom of the back of the blade.
