Pendant, He Kura
Mid-green kahurangi pounamu pendant. Surface has been ground smooth. Roughly circular shape with a lenticular cross section. Proximal end has a suspension hole drilled from both sides and a notch on one side edge, which may represent a bird or other animal head. Partial straight sawing mark and small indentation on one side and a large worked indentation/reduction on the other side. Serrations along two side edges, about halfway down the pendant.
