Kete, Kete, Pouch
A variation of a konae, a two cornered bag made with an even number of whenu (strands) from a folded square base. Woven with natural harakeke in a takirua (over two, under two) pattern. An irregular tapiki (finish) has been used and secured with a row of whatu aho patahi (single-pair weft-twining) and whatu aho rua (two-pair weft-twining). A muka cord has then been threaded through to create a pouch.
