Broken adze (blade and back lower butt remaining). Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on front and back, bruised on sides. Not enough of butt remaining to determine differentiation. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, a little chipped. Otago written on front.
