Adze, Toki

Complete adze. Light brown stone. The cross-section is trapezoidal with the back slightly narrower than the front. The surface of the adze is ground wth bruised areas on the sides and front of the butt. There is a minor distinction between the butt and the blade, with a slight reduction in the sides of the butt on the front and small shoulders on the front. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. There is no differentiation between the blade and the bevel. The cutting edge is curved and sharp with small chips.
