Complete adze. Grey and brown stone. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surface is bruised and ground. Major differentiation between butt and blade, with sides of butt reduced to form shoulders. Bevel is demarcated by a ridge. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. "Pareora" inscription on the front
