Chisel, Whao
Mostly complete pounamu chisel, broken piece at the proximal end. Dark green kawakawa variety with feather fractures. Oval cross section. Surface is ground but flaked and bruised, especially on the back side. Slightly tapered toward the cutting edge, which is curved and chipped.
