Adze, Toki

Complete adze. White stone with brown patches. Rectangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with flake scars and bruising predominantly on both sides of the upper blade where there is a deep gouge. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is marked by a slight ridge on the blade. The cutting edge is curved and sharp.
