Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Light grey stone. Lenticular cross-section. The surface is bruised and flaked with a ground bevel. There is a protruding shoulder on the front of the blade, distinguishing the butt from the blade. The bevel is demarcated by a line. The cutting edge is curved and sharp with a large chip on the proper left.
