Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Dark brown/black stone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is flaked and has ground areas on the lower blade. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is demarcated by flake scars and an irregular line. The cutting edge is curved and chipped.
