Broken adze, lower part of the blade only oval cross-section. Ground surface with bruised surface at the sides and on the back, outlining the bevel and the spine down the back. The piece of adze is the blade and bevel only, there is no butt The bevel is demarcated by the bruised surface outlining it. The bevel is curved, and the cutting edge is curved, asymmetrical and sharp.
