Adze, Toki

Adze roughout. Light grey stone with patches of light brown. The cross-section is irregular. The surface is flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. Each side of the blade tapers in from the cutting edge towards the poll. The bevel is roughly shaped by flake scars. The cutting edge is irregular. There is a "y" written on the front of the blade.
