Adze, Toki

Broken adze roughout, blade and bevel end only. Grey stone. Roughly oval cross-section at broken end, trapezoidal with back narrower than the front at the bevel end. The surface is roughly flaked. There is no butt. The bevel is demarcated by rough flake scars. The cutting edge is straight and chipped.
