Adze, Toki

Adze roughout. Mid grey stone. Asymmetrical cross-section. The surface is roughly flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is demarcated by the oblique edge of a flake scar. The cutting edge is curved, sharp and irregular. The length of the blade is concave on the back and convex on the front.
