Adze, Toki
Complete adze Cross-section of blade is rectangular. Cross-section of butt is oval. Surface of blade is ground, Sides and front-side of butt is bruised. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, sides reduced to form shoulder. Sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is sharp and straight. Large chip on the middle of the cutting edge.
