Adze, Toki

Large adze roughout. Dark grey stone. Triangular cross-section. The surface is flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is demarcated by a rough flaked chin. The cutting edge is oblique and chipped. The back of the blade is concave from the chin to the butt.
