Adze, Toki
Broken adze, blade and bevel only. Dark green and black stone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is ground with heavy flaking at the broken end. There is no butt. The sides of the blade taper in from the cutting edge towards the broken end. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade, demarcated on the proper left only by a light line. There is a shallow ground indentation in the back of the blade. The cutting edge is asymmetrical, curved and sharp.
